If you're a big sports fan like me, you know that every team goes through a multitude of struggles. But as long as the team is winning, all their troubles can be easily addressed with minimal pain. That's why they say, "Winning cures everything."
In business, the equivalent to winning is making sales. You need new customers in order to grow. To get those customers you need to consistently line up new prospective clients. Then you need to convert those prospects into clients. Otherwise, you'll be going out of business.
Successful businesses have all kinds of problems, but if you keep growing your sales, it's astonishing how easily problems can be addressed and corrected when you're not hanging on for dear life.
The key to making sales is ... marketing and advertising.
What if you had a system in place that delivered 5-10 new customers each and every month like clockwork. Would that make a difference? I'm betting the profits from those new clients would go a long ways towards covering unforeseen expenses, making capital investments, exploring new product or service offerings, and maybe even hiring an extra person so you can go to your kid's soccer game.
If you are a small business or entrepreneur and you’re wishing you had:
- a marketing department, or
- a Director of Marketing, or
- a marketing person, or even just
- an ads guy
… AND …
You’re wishing you could just outsource that job, then you’ve come to the right place.
Some refer to my job as a fractional CMO (chief marketing officer).
Honestly, “marketing dude” works just as well.
Yes, I love running ads for businesses, and if that's where I could help you the most ... awesome. But advertising is only one instrument in the symphony orchestra.
My goal is to help you grow your business by:
• Creating a marketing strategy for one or several platforms
• Designing it
• Implementing it
• Making adjustments as we go along
